Mary Ann Coffee Tharp, age  67, of  Hwy 172, West Liberty, KY, passed away Monday, March 15,2021 at her home after an extended illness. She was born April 20,1953 in West Liberty, KY to Clayton Coffee and Melovee Coffee. Mary was saved and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior on February 17,1973, and was a member of Wells Union Church. Mary enjoyed reading, camping, gardening, canning and talking on the phone and most of all spending time with her grand babies. She was a retired custodian from the Morgan County Board of Education.

Surviving are her loving husband, Charles M. Tharp, one daughter, Clara & Jason Boggs, and son Dustin & Cindy Tharp all of West Liberty, KY. Three grandchildren, Braxton Ferguson, Samuel Tharp, and Claycee Annarose Tharp. Two sisters: Martha Conley, and Sharon & Jimmie Tharp both of West Liberty, KY. Four brothers, McKinley Coffee of Sandy Hook, KY. David Coffee of Olive Hill, KY. Wallace Jay & Shannon Coffee of Sandy Hook, KY and Langley Scott Coffee of West Liberty, KY. Special friend, Carolyn Tharp of West Liberty, KY.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton & Melovee Coffee, one sister Priscilla Rose Combs, brother -in-law, Charlie Conley, and sister-in-law, Myrtle Dean Coffee.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Thursday, March 18,2021 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Tim Jenkins and Bro. H.C. Stamper officiating. Burial in the Kennard Cemetery, Rockhouse, KY. Visitation 6:pm, Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers: Ricky Stacy, Braxton Ferguson, Samuel Tharp, Brandon Tharp, Josh Coffee, Tyler Tharp.

COVID-19 new mandate/regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
