Gary Wayne Yount
Gary Wayne Yount, age 78, of Fredericktown, MO passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021 at his residence. He was born October 3, 1942 in Patton, Missouri, son of Emmett and Wilma Davis Yount. He and Betty (Lucy) Williams were united in marriage on March 15, 1981. Gary was an over the road truck driver for East Texas Motor Freight. He is survived by his wife Betty of the home, daughter Angela Yount of Fredericktown, MO, son Michael Yount of Fredericktown, MO, Stepsons Jimmy Williams of Jefferson City, MO, Michael Williams of California, brother Roger Yount of Barnhart, MO, sisters Joyce Nations of Farmington, MO, Vickey Yount of St. Charles, MO, several grandchildren, Step grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Mickey Yount, and brother Rick Yount. In Lieu of Flowers and in his memory, donations can be made to the American Heart Association, 460 N Lindbergh Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63141. Family has asked that mask be worn at all times. A Private Funeral Services were held Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton, MO with the Rev. Jamie Hovis, Rev. Jerry Sander and Rev. Randy Sawyer officiating. Burial will follow in the Walker Cemetery near Fredericktown, MO.Obituary
