DWIGHT - Sally Kay Estes, 63, of Dwight, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015, after telling cancer to kiss her big "ol booty"! Sally was born March 11, 1952, in Salina to Donald and Anna Coburn. She resided in Kansas as a fulltime homemaker. Sally enjoyed living in the country where she raised various farm animals including pigs, cattle and horses. Sally found her niche in raising chickens. Preceded in death by: her parents. Survivors: husband, Vern Estes; siblings, Pam Tounsand, Tom (Cheryl) Coburn, Lori Coburn and Lisa (Jason) Rumbaugh; children, Katherine (William) Mundy, Ricky and Jessica; grandchildren, Darien, Kylie, Cameron and Isaak; and nephews, Michael James (aka Buzzy) and Vinny. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Sunday, June 7, with family present. Funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, June 8, at Ryan Mortuary, Salina. Graveside service follows at Gypsum Hill.
