A graveside service will be held for Mrs. Jessie Lee Jones "Mimi", 84, of Nacogdoches, Texas on Wednesday May 6th, 2015 at 10:00 am at Gravel Ridge Cemetery in Nacogdoches, Texas. Mrs. Jones passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2015 in Nacogdoches. She was born on October 18, 1930, in Dallas, Texas to the late Johnnie B. and Gladys Gillis McKamey. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May, 5th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Laird Funeral Home. Mrs. Jones is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Bill Ball and his wife, Cheryl of Douglass, Texas, and John Ball and his wife, Maggie of Nacogdoches, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Janice Pullin and her husband Nathan, of Diboll, Texas; grandchildren, Wendy Foster, Cindy Sutton, Jennifer Stevens, Patricia Ball, Brandy Whisenhunt, Kimberly Carmona, Kendra Burris, Delaina Thomas, and Bill Ball Jr., and their spouses; nineteen great- grandchildren; special friends, Carol Dohanich, Beverly Wood and the late Princetta Maclaren. Mrs. Jones owned and operated a secretarial service in Houston, Texas for over twenty years and subsequently worked at the Burke Center in Nacogdoches, Texas for twenty years as an Office Manager. Her children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren were the lights of her life and she devoted herself to the love and care of them all.
