<p>GINGER MORRIS&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;February 8, 2021</p> <p>Ginger Morris, 90, passed away peacefully on Feb. 8, 2021, at the Palouse Hills Assisted Living in Moscow, ID.</p> <p>Ginger was born on April 9, 1930 at Spokane, WA to Wesley and Estella (Gurske) Holcomb.&nbsp; She attended her schooling in Spokane and at Rogers High School for 1 year and graduated from the Plummer High School at Plummer, ID in 1949.</p> <p>On November 19, 1949, Ginger married Gary Morris &nbsp;in Plummer, ID, and the couple made their home at the Gold Creek Ranch at Potlatch where they farmed.&nbsp; The couple raised swine and dairy cows, selling milk to the Carnation Company as well as over 100 customers in the area.&nbsp; Later they raised grains and grasses until their retirement in 2005.&nbsp; After moving to Princeton, ID, the couple enjoyed developing a large fruit orchard, making apple cider and raising a large garden which he shared with friends, family members, Backyard Harvest and the Potlatch Food Bank. In 2019 the couple moved to Palouse Hills Assisted Living in Moscow, ID.</p> <p>Ginger was a member of the Gritman Auxiliary, Potlatch P.T.A. , and past president, Jolly Mrs. Club, Potlatch which there was an article in the Library of Congress registry.</p> <p>Ginger enjoyed bowling and bowled since 1978, sewing, ceramics, pinochle, Jolly Mrs., making stuffed frogs for children.</p> <p>Survivors include, Carey R. Morris, Colville, WA, Gina Morris, Post Falls, ID, Sean Burnett, Pullman, WA, a niece, Debrah Joplin, Hayward, CA.&nbsp; A special dear friend, Henrianne Westberg, Moscow, ID.&nbsp;&nbsp; She is also survived by one&nbsp; grandchild, two great grandchildren.&nbsp;</p> <p>A graveside&nbsp;service for Ginger Morris will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021, 2:00 P.M. at the Potlatch Cemetery, Potlatch, ID with the Rev.
