Peter R Trainor, 66 It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Peter Trainor. He had been battling lung and liver cancer since last July. He passed away peacefully on March 6, 2021at his home in Boaz, AL. He is predeceased by his Mother Delores and Father John Trainor. Peter was born on May 26, 1954 in Royal Oak, MI. He lived most of his life in Michigan before finally moving his family to Boaz, AL. He was a loving and devoted father and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was always a hard worker and got along with everyone he met. He is survived by his wife Carolyn, his daughter Jamie Trainor & Casey, his son Jason Trainor, granddaughter Bethany Bowen & Chase. He is also survived by his brothers Jack & Camille MacLean, Tom & Patty, Robert (Barney) and his sisters Carol Clewley, Sharon Schmidt and Joan Jack. Peter loved working on cars, playing volleyball, euchre, and computer games. He also enjoyed cooking Sunday dinners on the barbeque for family and friends. He enjoyed life and always had a smile on his face. He was the kindest, most caring, and patient person you could ever meet. He will be deeply missed.
