It’s with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Edgar Leslie LeDrew. He passed peacefully away on Friday March 5, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Austin and Margaret LeDrew and his sister Lillian LeDrew. Leaving to mourn, the love of his life and wife of 50 years Barbara, his daughters Darlene Edison (Derek), Lindsey Cooper (Adam) and son Blair LeDrew (Melissa); his adoring grandchildren Alexander, Rebecca, Nathan, Lily, Ellie and expected grandson; special niece and nephew Lynn Kowalski (Elias Georges), Derek Kowalski (Genii); special friends Robert and Shirley Bradbury as well as Helene Drodge; other family, including his sister Yvonne Hammond, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, friends and staff of Nu-Quest. A very special thank-you to the nurses and doctors at the Health Sciences 5 South B for their exceptional care and compassion. Edgar was a family man and a devoted husband to his loving wife. He was a prominent businessman and served on many boards in his career. Ed’s work was his passion, he thrived and was a proven success in the pharmaceutical industry. He was never afraid to speak his mind and the truth. During the years he built many relationships and played a positive role in so many lives. He loved Life and his family more than words can express. He will be missed and always remembered for the amazing person he was and will live forever in our hearts. Cremation has taken place. A service to celebrate his life will take place at a later date. In lieu flowers please make donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation or Daffodil place.
