FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL GATHER FROM 1 PM UNTIL 2 PM ON FRIDAY, MARCH 19, 2021 AT THE FUNERAL HOME PRIOR TO SERVICES.

John M. Fate, 74 of Murrieta, California passed away on February 8, 2021 at his home in Murrieta.   He was born March 12, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Merle and Ruth Fate. 

He was preceded by one sister and  2 brothers, Judy Cardwell, Roy Fate,and Greg Fate.

He was a devout Christian, and US Marine who proudly served his country, and was loved and will be dearly missed by his family and those who knew him. 

John is survived by 3 sons, Bill, Tom and Dale Fate; 4 Grandchildren, Ryan, Evan, Max, Charlie, and one great grandchild, Trinity; one sister, Cheryl (Dan) Luttrell;  other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 19, 2021 at the Bachelor-Surber Funeral Home, Belleville, KS.

Interment will follow at the Rose Hill Cemetery, rural Wayne, KS.

Friends and family will gather from 1 PM until 2 PM Friday, March 19th, prior to the services at the funeral home.
