Barbara Ellen Morris

Barbara Ellen Forsman Morris passed away peacefully at the age of 84 on February 25, 2021. She had suffered from dementia during the past two years, which became acute during recent months. Barbara was born in Everett, Washington, on June 10, 1936. Her parents were Carl and Florence Forsman, who later divorced. She attended schools in Everett and graduated from Everett High School. Her primary interests were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church. Barbara was employed for several years as a store manager for the Southland Corporation (7-Eleven). She is survived by her husband, Bill; her siblings Marilyn (Mary), Karolyn (George), Debbie (Steve), Donna (Bill), brother, Charles, as well as children Steve, Tami (Patrick), and Michelle. She also has two stepchildren, Bill and Peter. She has nine grandchildren, Brittany, ( Nick), Michael, Lacey, (Joey), Jeremy, Aaron, Amber, Erin, Chastity and Billy. Her five great grandchildren are, Kaidyn, Daymin, Bostyn, Annabelle and Elijah. Barbara is preceded in death by two children, Sherri and Todd; and her brothers, Leroy and Byron. Barbara will be interred at the Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Salt Lake City with graveside service officiated by Deacon Jeff Allen, with the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Services will be scheduled when weather permits. Funeral Directors: Salt Lake Valley Mortuary.
