Andrew F. Donlin, age 80, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2021, at the Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains, NJ.

Born in East Orange, New Jersey on March 14,1940, to Andrew and Margaret Donlin. Andrew grew up in Elizabeth with his four brothers and resided in Clark for 35 years with his loving wife and daughters.  Most recently, Andrew resided between his beloved Florida home and his Connecticut home. Andrew honorably served in the US Army during the Korea War from 1959-1961. He worked as an accountant for Schering Plough of Kenilworth for over 30 years. Andrew proudly volunteered at the Special Olympics, the House of Hope Food Pantry, and Treasure Coast Hospice.  Andrew loved his long walks and biking with his buddies in Florida.

Andrew is survived by his three daughters; Catherine M. Donlin, Patricia M. Afonso, and Denise A. Yonezuka and her husband Nicolas; one brother Michael Donlin and his wife Eileen; eight grandchildren, Michael, Brittany, and A.J. Murray, Douglas Winkle, Nicholas and Aug Afonso, and Nicolas and Jack Yonezuka.

He is predeceased by his first wife, the late Lois A. Donlin (nee Occhiuzzo), 2001, and his second wife, the late Kathleen M. Kidd-Donlin (nee Moulder), 2020 and his brothers Phil, 1999, and Vince, 2011, Donlin.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Visitation on Thursday, March 4, 2021, from 10 am-12 pm, at the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home, 211 Westfield Avenue, Clark, NJ 07066. A Graveside Service will follow at 12:45 pm, prior to Entombment at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. The family would like to invite attendees to lunch at Darby Road Pub in Scotch Plains, NJ for an Irish celebration of Andrew’s life.  In lieu of flowers, kindly offer donations in his name to the Special Olympics at www.support.specialolympics.org
