Mindi Helene Brooks

Mindi Helene Brooks “49” of Owings Mills, passed away on February 26, 2021. Mindi was born on March 28, 1971 in Maryland to John W. Leeman and Karen Rosenfeld Leeman. Mindi spent her entire career as a registered nurse at Northwest Hospital. She was an avid volunteer at Franklin High School, a football Mom and an alumni of Franklin High School, class of 1989. Mindi was the head of the nurses committee, a nursing manager in the observation unit. She loved to travel and laying on the beach and volunteering at food banks. In addition to her parents, John and Karen Leeman, Mindi is survived by her children, Vanessa Brooks and Anthony Brooks, III, sister Cherie Leeman and niece and nephews Samantha Mehring, Evan Mehring and Karson Ebelein. Due to Covid restrictions, the viewing is by invitation only. Please Keep visits short so others can pay respects. Building capacity is 40 max. Masks are required in the building. Please remember social distancing. Graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021, 11:00am at Druid Ridge Cemetery. Interment Druid Ridge Cemetery.
