<p>Phyllis M. Schneider, 81, a 5 year resident of Brooklyn, MD and formerly of Pasadena, MD, died on February 27, 2021 surrounded by family.</p> <p>Mrs. Schneider was born on June 27, 1939 in Baltimore, MD to the late Joseph and Evelyn Sterback. She most recently worked as a cook for Sunset Restaurant for over 5 years and, before that, spent 5 years at Montgomery Wards. Outside of work, she was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and loved taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.</p> <p>In addition to her parents, Mrs. Schneider is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Donald Schneider; son, George Urban; and grandchild, Jayden. She is survived by her sons, Donald (Wendy) and Joseph Schneider; daughters, Linda Drager and Tammy Schneider-Sammons; sisters, Josephine Webb and Beverly Kinder; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.</p> <p>Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, March 2 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD 21122 where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 3 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Park. The funeral service will also be livestreamed on Stallings Funeral Home&#39;s Facebook page (click <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/761205714828195">HERE</a>) and at the bottom of the obituary page.</p> <p><strong>Please be aware that, due to county-mandated COVID-19 restrictions, Stallings Funeral Home is only allowing 60&nbsp;people in the building at a time and face coverings must be worn while inside.</strong></p> <p>In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society,&nbsp;P.O.
