A&nbsp;Public viewing will be held on Monday, March 1, 2021 from 9:30 -10:30a.m. at the Blackburn and Sons Vernal Mortuary. Burial will be in the Vernal Memorial Park.</p> <p>Patricia Joyce Duncan, age 87, of Naples passed away at her home with her children by&nbsp;&nbsp;her side. She was born in Big&nbsp;Piney, Wyoming on July 19, 1933 to Philip Marincic and Elva Mack Seitz. She married Edwin Duncan on January 26, 1951 in Big Piney, WY. She was an active member of the Saint James the Greater Catholic Church and volunteer in many countless hours.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Patricia Joyce Duncan, age 87, of Naples passed away at her home with her children by her side. She was born in Bib Piney, Wyoming on July 19, 1933 to Philip Marincic and Elva Mack Seitz. She married Edwin Duncan on January 26, 1952&nbsp;in Big Piney, WY. She was an active member of the Saint James the Greater Catholic Church and volunteer in many countless hours.</p> <p>She is survived by her children, Robert (Linda)Duncan; Peggy (Dennis) McRee; Mary Ellen Averett;&nbsp;Leo&nbsp;(Sara) Duncan; Lawrence (Beatice) Duncan; Joanne (Alonzo) Mitchell; Paula Reese; Cherie Duncan;&nbsp;Morris Duncan; Sheila (Ted) Lewis; Justin Keel Duncan</p> <p>Proceeded in death by her, Husband Edwin K.
