Peggy Armstrong Wiggs, age 75, passed away Tuesday at Wayne/UNC Health Care. She was the daughter of the late Edward Armstrong and the late Maggie Jones Mihm.  She was a retired CNA 2 with 3HC/Home, Health & Hospice. 

No formal services will be held at this time.

She is survived her husband, William Ray Wiggs;  children, Thomas Edward Scales (Lacey), Brian Griffith, Dawn Lawliss and Angie Wiggs;  brother, Ernest Paul Mihm;  sister, Hope Merrill;  ten grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Armstrong.
