Leona A. (Olds) Sizemore, age 54 passed away all too soon on February 18, 2021 at Bell Trace Health & Living in Bloomington.  She was a resident of Brown County.

Leona was born on March 3, 1966 in Columbus to her parents, Elvin D. and Betty Jean (Bowling) Olds. She attended Brown County High School. Leona was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She enjoyed the outdoors by hiking, camping and spending time with her dogs. Leona also enjoyed drawing with colored pencils and markers. She will be remembered for always being there for her family and always living life to the fullest.  

Leona is survived by her husband, Cecil W. Sizemore, whom she married on February 12, 1983 in Peoga. She is also survived by her father, Elvin D. Olds of Peoga; children, Chris Sizemore of Bloomington, Felicia ‘Nikki’ Sizemore of Columbus and Sean (Shelby) Sizemore of Columbus; siblings, Marie Olds of Martinsville, Vickie (Orville) Sizemore of Jonesville and Laura Olds of Edinburgh; and grandchildren, Jacob, Sean, Christy, Harmony and Savannah. 

Leona was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jean Olds on November 20, 2004; and a brother, Elvin Douglas Olds Jr.

The Rev. Dean Manuel will conduct a graveside service at 1 p.m. on Tuesday at Nineveh Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
