On December 16, 2020, Angelica Chapman died in Grapevine, Texas, of Covid-19. She was 45 years old. Angelica Chapman is survived by her husband Charles Chapman of 28 years and their children, Daughter Natalie Chapman, Charles Chapman Jr & wife Whitney Chapman, Christina Chapman, and three grandchildren Jaydan, Windell, & Piper; parents Ronald & Belinda Cheney of Argyle, TX and siblings Jacob Cheney & wife Melissa Cheney & three boys Jaylen, Carson, & Cooper of Haslett, TX; Trish Thornhill & son Jordan Taylor of Irving, Tx. She was preceded in death by grandparents Katie & Bud Cheney. Angelica Chapman was born on February 1, 1975, in Wichita, Kansas she graduated from Midlothian High School in 1993. She attended Arlington Career Institute, where she graduated with a Paralegal in 1998 & Medical Assistant degree in 2005. Angie and Charles met between mutual friends on a double date in 1992. After meeting the two knew that it was meant to be. Angie helped Charles with raising his 2 children as her own. After being together for 3 years the two finally tied the knot in 1995. In 1999 they welcomed Natalie and found out that she was going to need special attention due to being a diabetic. Angie stayed by her side in the hospital until she got to come home 3 months later. After bringing Natalie home Angie knew she was meant to help in the medical field. Angie received her degree as a Medical Assistant. Angie has been serving in the medical field for 15 years. She loved being a football, softball, FFA, wrestling, and soccer mom. She was always there to lend a hand in anything she could when it came to being a mom. In the last 10 years Angie discovered her interest in hunting and camping. In the time of her hunting, she got 2 items off her bucket list a trophy white tail deer and a wild boar. Angie was honest, had a great sense of humor, dependable, independent, and an overcomer. Angie was born with Cerebral Palsy and never let that stop her achieving life. She loved hunting with Charles and fishing with Ron, dancing to music anywhere like no one was watching, always trying new make-up and hairstyles. She would still care for others first, even when she did not feel the best.
