<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Rocklyn &ldquo;Rocky&rdquo; Lynn Hughes age 67, of Bismarck, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021 in Hot Springs. He was born December 26, 1953 to C. L. and Adgie (Lambert) Hughes. Rocky was involved in construction and operated Ship and Shore Liquor Store near Hot Springs for many years.</p> <p>In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren. Rocky was known by many and loved by all. He will be deeply missed.</p> <p>He was reunited in Heaven with his wife, Kim Hughes; preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Carlton Hughes.</p> <p>Survivors are his beloved daughter, Laken Hughes; two granddaughters and one granddaughter on the way; two brothers, Alan (Monica) Hughes and Mark (Alana) Hughes.</p> <p>Visitation will be 9:30 until 10:30 AM Wednesday, February 24th&nbsp;at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Graveside service will follow at 11:00 AM at DeRoche Cemetery near Bismarck.</p> <p>Arrangements are by <a href="https://www.smithfamilycares.com/ruggles-wilco">Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home.</a></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Rocky trademark look was wearing his shirt unbuttoned and showing his hairy chest! Lol. Great guy! When the liquor store closed and he went to work with Mark, he worked very hard. Got to give him credit for that!!
