On February 1, 2021, Yolanda Tritto peacefully passed away in South Carolina at the age of 97. 

She was born in the Bronx, NY in 1923 to Anthony and Elsie Lindner Carpentieri. She married Pat Tritto in 1949 and had two daughters, Nancy and Nina. They moved to Monroe, NY in 1960, where she lived for 58 years. In 2018 she moved to South Carolina, to be near her daughter and enjoy some warmer weather.

She was predeceased by Pat, her beloved husband of 55 years; her parents, three brothers Peter, John and Frank and her only sister, Louise.

Yolanda is survived by her daughters Nancy and her husband John of Lake Pleasant, NY, Nina and her husband Dennis of Hardeeville, SC;  grandsons John (Rebecca) of Utica; NY, Matthew (Caitlin) of Lake Pleasant, NY and her great grandson, Asher. She is also survived by two sisters in law, a brother in law and many nieces and nephews.

In her younger years, Yolanda was employed by CBS in Manhattan.  While living in Monroe, she was a devoted wife and mother who volunteered for the Washingtonville school PTA and various local committees.  After raising her daughters, Yolanda was employed by Orange County Departments of Probation,  Social Services and  Public Works. She also worked at the polls for many school and political elections.

In addition to spending time with her family, Yolanda loved traveling, being outdoors and swimming.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family at a future date.
