Rust, 77, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at the Wayne County Nursing Home.<br /> <br /> The family will greet friends from 5 - 8 p.m. on Tuesday (February 23) at Norman L. Waterman Funeral Home, Inc., 124 W. Miller St, Newark. Carol's funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday (February 24) at Cross Creek Church, 3700 NY-31, Palmyra, NY 14522.<br /> <br /> Carol was born the daughter of the late Stanley and June (Gutacker) Bulman on Tuesday, October 12, 1943, in Rochester, NY. Carol loved being a homemaker and raising her children. Carol and her husband enjoyed taking day trips any chance they could and going to garage sales. Carol loved flowers, butterflies, and old country music.<br /> <br /> Carol is survived by her loving husband Eldrid "AL" Rust; children Randy (Sandy) Rust, Donna (Ralph) Klick, Denise Rust and Kevin (Candy) Venette; thirteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; siblings Terry (Jeanie) Bulman, Rick (Annie) Bulman, Geno Bulman, and many other siblings; several nieces and nephews.<br /> <br /> Please note, for visitation and the funeral service, all NYS social distancing and face-covering guidelines must be followed.
