Harold Wayne Simmons, age 77 of Pikeville, died Monday, February 22, 2021 at home with family by his side. Harold was a cabinet maker for forty years. He attended Crossville Church of God of Prophecy, loved being with his family, fishing, and farming goats and cows. Preceding Harold in death were his parents, Chester Marvin and Flora Hale Simmons; sister, Wanda Adcock. Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife of fifty-six years, Juanita Hurst Simmons; son, Bruce (Sherry) Simmons; daughter, Vicky (Matt) Warden; granddaughter, Rachel Simmons; brother, Laverne (Otella) Simmons; sister, Edna Rae Cordell; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. A celebration of life will be 2:00 pm CST Wednesday, February 24, 2021 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Eddie Kilgore officiating. Burial will be in Blackburn Cemetery.
