Kim M. Shoemaker, age 48, of Elk Mound, died Friday, April 15, 2016. She was born on December 4, 1967 in Durand to James and Mary Wayne. Kim loved her husband Wade and her boys Matt and Ryan unconditionally. She was very proud of her two boys and their life's accomplishments. Some of her hobbies included, reading, camping, fishing, cooking & baking. When her boys were younger, she always enjoyed watching them play ball. She will be remembered as a selfless person and always putting others before herself. Kim loved her dog Sampson. Kim is survived by her husband Wade; sons: Matthew Klomstad (significant other Annalee Quisling) and Ryan Klomstad; grandchildren: Aubrielle and Aiden Klomstad; parents: James (Mary) Wayne; sisters: Tina (Mike) Prissel and Sue Wayne (fiancé Al Biesterveld); brothers-in-laws: Dana Shoemaker, Cary Shoemaker, Eric (Ronnie) Shoemaker, Sean Shoemaker and Scot Shoemaker; sisters-in-laws: Vicki (Rik) Stockey and Edie (Danny) Bare; nephew and niece; Eric (Hillary) Caturia and Carrie Caturia (significant other Dan Wicklum); Further survived by numerous other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, and father and mother in law: Wayne and Sharon Shoemaker. Private family services will be held.
