Reba Gaye Norris

<p>Reba Gaye (Humphreys) Norris of Lafayette passed away on February 19, 2021. She was born August 2, 1940, in Union, West Virginia to Ruth Compton Humphreys and Robert Humphreys. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Norris, and&nbsp;special companion, Harry Milford. Also preceding her death were her siblings: Jack Humphreys, Mary Scott, Carl Humphreys, Margaret Whittemore, and Henry Humphreys. She is survived by sisters: Helen Himes of Elkins, West Virginia, and Eva (William) Vass of Pickaway, West Virginia. Also, surviving are children: Judy (Jim) Rheinscheld of Mount Sterling, Richard (Cece) Jenkins of Tipp City, Michael (Christa) Jenkins of London, and Trudy (Ron) Perigo of London. She has six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Reba was a dedicated and compassionate nurse touching many lives throughout the years. Over the years, she was active in the Lafayette Methodist Church and Relay for Life. She enjoyed her family including her four stepchildren, growing flowers, crochet, going to Las Vegas, and the Cincinnati Reds. A Celebration of Life gathering is planned for later this year. Graveside services are being held for immediate family with Reverend Wayne&nbsp;Stuntz officiating, interment Deer Creek Township Cemetery. Donations in Reba&rsquo;s memory can be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 42040 Oklahoma City, OK 73123 or Lafayette United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 288, London, Ohio 43140.
