Charles “Howard” Joseph Erhart, Jr., 52, a resident of Daleville, passed Monday, February 8, 2021. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 pm, Friday, February 19, 2021, at Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Troy West officiating and Glover Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends Friday from 2:00 pm until 2:45 pm prior to the services. All masking and social distancing guidelines will be observed. Mr. Erhart was born January 1, 1969, in Albany, GA, to Charles and Sharon Erhart. He was employed with Eastern Sheetmetal/Johnson Control as a machinist and welder and he was also head of maintenance. He was often referred to as a man’s man that would speak his mind but would do anything to help others. He loved to fish and hunt. He was an amazing father, son, and brother and will be deeply missed by his family and many friends. Howard is predeceased by his mother, Sharon Shipp Erhart. Survivors include his daughter and the light of his life, Lauren Erhart; a sister, Leighanna Lashley (Terry); a brother Ronald Myers (Crystal) and his father Charles “Charlie” Joseph Erhart.
