James F Williams, 71 of Casa Grande, Arizona passed away on February 12, 2021 at Banner Hospital in Casa Grande. Mr. Williams was born on August 24, 1949 in Columbus, Indiana. He was the son of Robert E and Frances E (Wood) Williams. He married Julie Dill on April 3, 1970 in Kansas; she survives. Jim graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with a degree in Architecture. He was a veteran of the Vietnam war. He was an investigator for the USDA and the Consumer Product Safety Commission. He retired from civil service in 1995. He was the owner of JJ’s Adobe Auto in Casa Grande until he retired in 2016. Jim enjoyed restoring old cars, playing euchre and spending time with friends and family. Surviving with his wife are his daughters, Zenda Brooks of North Vernon, IN and Lena (Jeff) Williams of Seymour, IN; four grandchildren, Ross and Haley Williams of Seymour, IN and Nicholas and Zachary Brooks, of North Vernon, IN; two sisters, Deborah (Mike) Hemphill and Lora Mae Williams both of Arizona City, Az; two brothers, Robert (Regina) Williams of Brownstown, IN and Roy (Theresa) Williams of Commiskey, IN. He was preceded in death by both of his parents of Casa Grande, AZ, his brother Stanley Lee Williams of Mitchell, IN and his son in law Marty J Brooks of North Vernon, IN.
