Frank J. Tursack IV, 54, of Warren, OH passed away Friday, February 12, 2021, at his home. He was born March 4, 1966, in Warren, OH, the son of the late Frank Tursack III and Susanna Irvine. Frank retired from the United States Navy as a navigator. He enjoyed fishing, reading his Bible and science fiction and strategy war games. He is survived by his mother; son, Frank Tursack V of Warren, OH; and siblings, Michael Tursack, Tracyi Tursack and David Tursack all of Warren, OH, Mark Tursack of Las Vegas, NV, Valeryi Tursack, Scott Tursack, Kamyi Tursack and Kilyi Tursack all of Warren, OH. He was preceded in death by his father; and brother, Danny Wooten. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 19, 2021, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where Pastor Jim Dittmar will officiate. Friends may call from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday, February 19, 2021, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
