Brian Bartell

Brian G. Bartell, began his Life in Paradise on Sunday, February 14, 2021. He was 63 and had joyously lived his entire life in Thibodaux, where he was a beloved member of the community. He chose Court Reporting as his career early in life and enjoyed the opportunity it afforded him to meet and befriend many throughout his career. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Thibodaux Funeral Home from 8:30 am until 11:00 am. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral, at 11:30 am. Burial will take place in the St. Joseph Cemetery - Thibodaux. He is survived by his sisters, Linda Gaffney, Susan Prejeant (Richard), Ellen Bartell (Rhonda); brothers, Richard "Bart" Bartell (Pam), Michael Bartell. He was blessed to share Love and Joy with his "lil ones" William, Patrick, Austin, Madeline and Alex. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Marguerite Stevens Bartell; brother, Gary Bartell; sister-in-law, Penny Bartell, brother-in-law, Jim Gaffney and his beloved Duane Ford. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a cause of your choice in memory of Brian. This is what would have given him the most happiness.
