Linda Ann Bodfield
Linda Ann Bodfield passed away in St. Catharines, Ontario on Friday February 12, 2021 after a brief illness at the age of 80. Born in Cambridge (Preston) on January 14, 1941. Linda was predeceased by her devoted husband, Howard Bodfield who passed in Cambridge on Oct 19th, 2015. Loving mother of Bill Bodfield (Kimber) and Jeannie Eaton (nee Bodfield). Cherished grandmother of Andrew, Matthew (Jessica), Kennedy, Sydney (Steven), Campbell, and recently great grandmother of Evelyn. Mom was a long-time resident of Cambridge where she lived most of her life, with a 25-year absence spent as a military spouse. Her life with Howard was complete with many fun filled memories. They had a full and happy life with the opportunity for extensive travel where they made many lifelong friends. She was very much loved and will be missed greatly by all who knew her. As per Linda’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to PASSFIELD MORTUARY SERVICES, in St. Catharines, Ontario. A celebration of Linda’s life to share memories will be held at a later date after restrictions relating to Covid are lifted. In lieu of flowers, and as an expression of sympathy, a donation to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by her family.January 14, 1941 - February 12, 202101/14/194102/12/2021
