Winona Banks

<p>Winona Banks affectionately know as Nonie was born on July 19, 1953 to Juanita Thompson and Clifford Good in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was the oldest of seven children, and often let her brother and sisters know it! Nonie departed this life on February 12, 2021 at Virtua Hospital in Marlton, New Jersey. </p><p><br></p><p>Nonie was educated in the Philadelphia School System before the family relocated to Lindenwold, New Jersey in 1969. </p><p><br></p><p>Nonie accepted Christ as her personal savior and became a member of St. Mark A.M.E. Church, Lindenwold, New Jersey. During her time there she served on the usher board. </p><p><br></p><p>In her spare time, Nonie enjoyed being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved going to the casino, playing Candy Crush and keeping in touch with family and friends on social media. Nonie’s personality was memorable; to know her was to love her! </p><p><br></p><p>She is preceded in death by her mother Juanita Thompson Good, husband Arthur Banks and son Arthur W.J. Banks. </p><p><br></p><p>To cherish her memory, she leaves: her daughters Juanita Byrd, Geraldine Banks, and special daughter Tina Good-Wynn, bonus son Jerry Willis, and son-in-law Cetshwayo Byrd; grandchildren: DaVante’ Banks, Sr., Amani Byrd, Dondre’ Lee, Kai Banks, Aniyah Mays, Ayana Harmon and Derron Muse; great-grandchildren: Jha’Niyah Banks, Davante’ Banks, Jr., MaLayah Hall, Nevaeh Banks and Jeremiah Banks; one brother Ronald (Veronica), and five sisters: Geraldine (Howard), Louise (Lamont), Linda (Rick), Theresa, and Angela; one godchild Kareema Good and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
