Juliet P. Reyes Jersey City, New Jersey Obituary

Juliet P. Reyes

Juliet P. Reyes (nee’ Pascual) of Jersey City passed away on the evening of February 12, 2021. She was 65. Born in Morong, Rizal in the Philippines, Juliet (also known as “Litlet” and “Brooks”) was a graduate of San Ildefonso University where she received a BS in Banking and Finance. She emigrated to Edmonton, Alberta in Canada in 1980 and then to the United States in 1988, settling in Jersey City, NJ with her husband. While raising her family Juliet also worked as a Medical Receptionist for various doctors in the area. Juliet was a kind and generous person, finding a silver lining in every situation. She always thought of others before herself, sharing anything she had and giving anything she could to make other lives better. She was the life of every party, leading the dance floor with her charm and grace, while encouraging everyone to join with her. Her smile lit up the room and she will be missed by all her many family and friends, most especially her signature laugh known by many. A devoted parishioner of St. Aloysius Church, she was also a member of the Morong High School Alumni Association, Inc. as well as the Eastern Rizal Association since their founding. Juliet is survived by her devoted husband Cesar R. Reyes, her daughters Jeremee DiAnne and Elizabeth Joy Reyes, as well as siblings Nelia Francisco, Perla DeCastro, Raymond Pascual, along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be at McLaughlin Funeral Home on Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. There will be no visiting on Friday. Friends and relatives may assemble at St. Aloysius Church on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 10:00am for the Mass of Christian Burial. Cremation will be private.
