Franklin D. Simon, Sr., age 87, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021. Frank was born April 20, 1933 at Depauw. IN to the late Albert and Margie Atkins Simon. He was an Army and Air Force Veteran, stationed in Korea, former mechanic for the Harrison County Highway Department and proprietor of Franks Bar & Grills in Ramsey and Milltown and a member of Saint Bernard Catholic Church. Also preceding him in death were brothers, Maurice and Edward Simon. Surviving are Sons: Franklin D. Simon, Jr. (Diane) of Maineville, OH David A. Simon (Terri) of Louisville, KY Daughters: Tracy L. Pierson of New Salisbury, IN Leslie A. Grant (Jerry) of Corydon, IN Sisters: Wilma Combs (Bernard) of Depauw, IN Judy Warner of Alexandria, VA Joan Hunter of Jasper, IN 9 Grandchildren 7 Great Grandchildren Companion: Sharon Wetzel Funeral 11 AM Monday, February 22, 2021 at Saint Bernard Catholic Church, 7600 Hwy 337 NW, Depauw, IN 47115 with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation 2 – 8 PM Sunday and after 9 AM Monday at Swarens Funeral Home, 1405 Hwy 64 NW, Ramsey, IN.
