<p>CUMBERLAND- Kevin Scott McKenzie, 31, of Cumberland passed away Friday February 12, 2021 at home.</p> <p>Kevin was born July 25, 1989 in Cumberland he was the son of John Mark McKenzie Sr and Connie Sue Lamp Valentine.&nbsp; He grew up with five siblings, John Mark McKenzie Jr., Cassandra Kay McKenzie, Shawna Sue Tannenbaum, Randy Scott Tyler and Chance Aaron Tyler.&nbsp;</p> <p>Kevin loved working on cars and had a passion for fishing, hiking adventures with his older sister nieces and nephews working out, music, and spending time with his family.&nbsp; He loved sports, boxing, baseball, football, wrestling, and the tough man contest.&nbsp; He studied to be an electrician in school and was a natural handyman.&nbsp; Kevin loved his nieces and nephews fiercely and always made time to spend with them.&nbsp; He was a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved football.&nbsp; He considered family with the utmost importance and always put them first.&nbsp;</p> <p>Kevin is survived by his mother Connie Sue Lamp-Valentine and husband Jeff Valentine; his father John Mark McKenzie Sr. and his wife Penny McKenzie, his oldest sister Cassandra Kay McKenzie, his nephew Jaden Barrett, nieces Johnya and Jalysa Barrett and his twin nephew/niece Apollo and Artemis Williams, his older sister Shawna Sue Tannenbaum and husband Alexander, his nephew Trenton Tannenbaum; and his younger brothers Randy Scott Tyler and Chance Aaron Tyler, paternal grandparents John and Alice McKenzie, step brothers and sisters Tash and Andrew Dunn.</p> <p>Kevin was preceded in death by his older brother John Mark McKenzie Jr. and his maternal grandparents Willard and Dorothy Lamp and Maternal aunt Judy Lamp-Iser.&nbsp;</p> <p>Kevin was an irreplaceable soul that was taken from us entirely too soon.&nbsp; He was an unforgettable son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend to all who were lucky enough to be a part of his life.&nbsp;&nbsp; His smile and voice will be missed by everyone.</p> <p>Our family thanks everyone for their condolences, love, and kindness through this difficult time.</p> <p>A Celebration of life will be held at a later date for close family and friends.&nbsp; Updates on the location and further information will be posted in the future.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>Those wishing to send memorial contributions may contact the family.&nbsp;</p> <p>Arrangements by the Bradley J. CUMBERLAND- Kevin Scott McKenzie, 31, of Cumberland passed away Friday February 12, 2021 at home.

Kevin was born July 25, 1989 in Cumberland he was the son of John Mark McKenzie Sr and Connie Sue Lamp Valentine.  He grew up with five siblings, John Mark McKenzie Jr., Cassandra Kay McKenzie, Shawna Sue Tannenbaum, Randy Scott Tyler and Chance Aaron Tyler. 

Kevin loved working on cars and had a passion for fishing, hiking adventures with his older sister nieces and nephews working out, music, and spending time with his family.  He loved sports, boxing, baseball, football, wrestling, and the tough man contest.  He studied to be an electrician in school and was a natural handyman.  Kevin loved his nieces and nephews fiercely and always made time to spend with them.  He was a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved football.  He considered family with the utmost importance and always put them first.
