Our community sadly lost our beloved Jamari Taylor on Monday, February 8, 2021. He will be greatly missed for his sense of humor, his love for family and concern for others. Jamari Taylor was born a happy and healthy baby boy to his parents Melisia and Claudius Taylor and older brother Justin Taylor at St. Francis Medical Center in Hartford, CT on July 27, 2001. He was survived by his mother and father, older brother Justin and two younger sisters, J’lyn and Jada. He was predeceased by his great grandmother Maude Taylor, great grandfather Leslie Taylor, and god father Garnett Godfrey. He leaves behind his great grandmother Mary Cox, grandparents Randolph and Beverley Taylor and Hyacintha and Kenton. Uncles: Christopher, Worrel, Sheldon, Randolph Jr., Valen, Garfield, Locksley. Aunts: Lavern, Paulette, Marcia, Elaine, Nordia, Latoya, Marvia, Feona and Marlene. His cousins include: Delarno, Trenae, Stefan, Jayvon, Monique, Nafa, Preshawna, Andre, Jakhari, Romarié, Damari, Anthony, Sun-Sun, Anesha, Kyara, Shari, Gabby, Junior, and Ava. His extended brotherhood includes Ty-Ty, Quan, Smooth, Tristan, and Eddie. He leaves behind his girlfriend Desire, best friend Reanna and god-daughter Kendall. A host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends from CT, NY, Atlanta, Florida, St. Lucia and Jamaica all will miss Jamari dearly.
