<p>Zachary Ian Randall, 31, entered into rest Friday, February 12, 2021.</p> <p><br /> Born on March 19, 1989 at Darnell Army Hospital in Killeen, TX. He was the son of Zachary A. Randall and Lisa H. Keating.<br /> <br /> Ian (Zach) is survived by his parents Zach Randall of CO and Lisa Keating (Bruce) of FL, his sister Presley Randall of SC, his grandmothers Shirley Hunt of FL, Jeannette Skinner of VA and grandparents Don and Mae Keating of SC.</p> <p><br /> Ian (Zach) was a graduate of Dutch Fork High School, Irmo SC and held a Bachelor’s in English from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, where he received the 2011 Pat Conroy Award for Creative Writing for his short story “Vengeance Will Prevail”.<br /> <br /> Ian loved music and was a talented drummer. He had a great sense of humor. He loved his family and his girlfriend Stephanie deeply.</p> <p>The funeral service will be Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 10 am at Holy Apostles Orthodox Church, 724 Buff Street, West Columbia, SC 29169. Burial will follow at the Saints Mary & Martha Orthodox Monastery.</p> <p>The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Ian's memory to Saints Mary and Martha Orthodox Monastery Orthodox 51 Spinner Lane, Wagener, SC 29164.</p>Obituary
