Sonia E. Ramos, who loved to be called "Mami" by her kids, departed her loving family on February 12,2021. Sonia was born in San Salvador,El Salvador on June 9,1956 to Esther Guevara and Gonzalo Ramos. Sonia was mother to three Daughters Yesenia, Janina, and Jessel. She raised her children with love and devotion in Yonkers, New York with her husband Rafael Fajardo. As a Mother and Grandmother, Sonia was known for her sweet loving and caring ways. Her hobbies included sightseeing, going to the city, and doing her yearly family vacation in Pennsylvania. She enjoyed having her Daughters and grandchildren together. This is something she was most proud of. She is survived by her husband Rafael Fajardo, Daughters Yesenia, Janina, Jessel, and her Grandchildren Breanna, Brandon, Jake, Sebastian, and Scarlett. Aside from the children she doted on, her two Brother's Roberto Ramos and Jose Ramos. Services will be held in Sinatra Funeral Home Inc. on February 20,2021 but due to Covid19 restrictions and everyone's safety we will not have a public viewing.
