Charles Edward Omlor Jr.

Charles Edward Omlor Jr., age 66 of Aston, PA, passed away on February 12, 2021 at home. Born in 1954 and raised in Glen Riddle, PA, Charles resided for the past 31 years in Aston, previously residing in Ridley Park and Holmes, PA. Charles worked at the Philadelphia Navy Yard as a ship fitter for many years and later drove a school bus for the Penn Delco School District from 2000 to 2006. Charles graduated from Penncrest High School class of 1972. He loved to ride his Harley in his younger years. He enjoyed going to the beach for family vacation's, fishing and biking at Ridley Creek State Park and Marsh Creek. He coached for the Aston AA Soccer and was an assistant coach for Aston Valley Baseball. In addition to his father, Charles E. Omlor Sr., Charles is preceded in death by his wife, Bette Ann Miller Omlor who passed in 2004 and his son, Charles E. Omlor III who passed in 2017. He is survived by his daughter, Dena (Anthony Hoskins) Omlor, mother, Grace Hutton Omlor, 4 sisters, Alma (Robert) Wray, Della (Paul) Ostien, Lorrie (Richard) Henry and Debbie (Jerry) Johnston, and also many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 19, from 10-11AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA, followed by Funeral Services at 11AM.
