Anna Vitiello Obituary

Anna A. Vitiello of Brooklyn, New York joined the love of her life in heaven on February 14,2021. Anna, born and raised in Brooklyn, was the beloved wife of the late Americo (Ricky) and cherished sister of the late Elisa(Carrillo),Edward (Carrillo),Adele(Ruotolo), Catherine (Palmer)and Lucille (Carrillo). All now together once again with their parents Aldo and Evelina(Carrillo). She leaves behind stepson Michael and Mary(Vitiello), and sister-in-laws Carole(Carrillo) and Amelia(Vitiello). Anna was the very devoted, proud and lovable aunt, great aunt and great great aunt to her many nieces and nephews of which there are just too many to mention. Anna’s greatest joy in life was having all her family around her especially during the holidays. Anna and her husband Ricky traveled the world together during their married life. Summer weekends were filled with time on her boat fishing with her nephews. By far her favorite adventure was planning her Disney trips with her family. Our “Queen of Brooklyn” knew every ride and character in Disney. Aunt Anna - “her greatest moniker”- will be dearly missed. Private viewing for Family only at Lindenhurst Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, February 18, 11:00 a.m at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 210 S. Wellwood Ave, Lindenhurst, N.Y. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery Farmingdale, New York. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Lindenhurst Funeral Home.
