Faye Huggins Hickman
<p>TRINITY-Faye Huggins Hickman, 69, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021.</p> <p>She was born on February 17, 1951 in High Point, the daughter of the late Herman and Nell Collins Huggins. A resident of this area all her life, she retired from Trinity Heating and Air. Faye enjoyed watching Judge Judy and the outdoors; especially swimming in her pool, trips to the beach, and going to Cherokee. Her true love and passion was spending time with her family; whether she was going on lunch dates with her husband, Saford, or spending time and getting her spins on her tablet game, with her granddaughter, Emma, “the light of her life”. She loved her family and her friends and will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents preceding her in death was her brother, Raye Huggins.</p> <p>She is survived by her husband of 23 years; Saford Hickman: her daughter, April Grant and her husband, Eric; her step daughter, Catina Hickman; her sister, Melody Clodfelter and her husband, Mike and her granddaughter, Emma Grace. Also surviving are her sister in-law, Patti Huggins and her nephew, Chris Huggins and his wife, Melissa.</p> <p>A service to celebrate Faye's life will be held on Tuesday, February 16, at 11 a.m., in the chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service, Archdale, with Pastor Michael Mabe officiating. The committal service will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum. Her family will receive friends on Monday, February 15, from 6 until 7:30 p.m., at the funeral home.</p> <p>Memorials may be made in Faye’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 7027 Albert Pick Road, Suite 104, Greensboro, NC 27409.</p>Obituary
