Sonia (Silar) Harrell, age 83, of Thomasville, passed away on February 8, 2021 at the Brethren Home Community in New Oxford. She was the loving wife of the late Wayne E. Harrell who passed away in 2006. Sonia was born in York on October 1, 1937 and was the daughter of the late Leon Silar and Anna (Smith) Silar. She worked for Ralph Bentzel Excavating as the Office Manager for many years. She is survived by her sons Gregory Harrell and his wife Roxann and Brian Harrell; her grandchildren Jacob Harrell and Paige Kline, and her great granddaughter River Kline. She was predeceased by her twin brothers Leon and Cornell. Services are being held privately by the family under the direction of Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., of Spring Grove.
