Annie Davis

Ms. Annie Lizer Davis was born on March 9, 1957 in Pelham, GA to Mr. & Mrs. Clarence and Liza Davis, she was their youngest daughter. She lived in Pelham most of her life but ventured to Fort Lauderdale, Florida from time to time. She was loved by many and harvested a heart for loving others. She had four children, Ketrenia Parker of Doerun, GA ,
Cornelius Parker of Doerun, GA, Shashone Parker of Albany, GA, and Charlie Parker, whom entered into eternal rest at birth.

Ms. Annie loved spending time with family and friends and did so as often as she could. In her spare time. She also enjoyed her crossword puzzles and listening to Shirley Cesar. Often times, her friends and family would visit her and she would be sitting at the kitchen table bobbing her head and tapping her feet to a tune she would be playing from her phone. Memories like these are what we all should cherish most about “Granny.” Her smile, her joyfulness, and her love for others. Those are the things we will miss the most.

As we lay Ms. Annie to rest, she leaves to mourn her loss her, three children, Ketrenia Parker, Cornelius Parker, and Shashone Parker; brothers, Roscoe Davis, and Willie Charles Davis; her sisters, Shirlene Davis, Christine Atkins, and Gladys Davis. She treasured and has departed this life from her thirteen precious grandchildren and twenty two great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, especially her “Jackie.” They were so close.

She was preceded in death by her Mother and Father; Clarence and Liza Davis, her brothers; Clarence “Buddy” Davis Jr., Leroy Davis, John Davis, and Willie James Davis, also a granddaughter Camaria “Noonie,” Childs.

Annie was a loving woman who was loved by everyone that she crossed paths with. We all know that she is dearly missed and the memories of her life will be treasured forever. May her soul rest in peace.

March 9, 1957 - February 1, 202103/09/195702/01/2021
