Lettie Faye "Pud" Mathews, age 83, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at her residence.

Faye was born May 13, 1937, in Clarksville, TN, to the late Finis Morrison and Jessie Holt Morrison. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ray Calvin Mathews; two brothers, Howell Morrison and Roy Morrison; and two sisters, Martha Hughes and Jean Whisenart.

Mrs. Mathews was a member of Salem United Methodist Church.

A private Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, February 13, at 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. As the family requests, the service will be closed to the public, due to current Covid conditions, but they encourage friends to view the live stream of the service by visiting www.nealtarpleyparchman.com/tributes and clicking on Faye's tribute.

Faye is survived by three sons, Donald (Kathy) Mathews, David (Connie) Mathews, and Mark (Aimee) Mathews; daughter, Dana Plunkett; two sisters, Shearon York and June Bryant; ten grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
