<p>Patsy Norbell Rattler, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away on February 1, 2021 at the age of 60. She was born May 27, 1960, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Franklin Delano & Obera “Judy” (Gray) Sinclair. </p> <p>Patsy is survived by her husband, Heber Rider Rattler, of Oklahoma; her 3 sons, Kenneth Ray Ellis, of Oklahoma, Jamie Dewayne Cogan and wife, Ana Cogan, of Oklahoma, and Loren Jacob Adams, of Tulsa; grandchildren, Kiwi, Venus, RayDawn, Kenny, Elizabeth, Julian, Jeremiah, Jamie, Jarrian, Julissa, Jayleen, Jacob and Ashlynn; sister, Melissa Cogan, of Oklahoma; and many nieces and nephews.</p> <p>She is predeceased by her mother, Judy Sinclair; father, Franklin D Sinclair; brothers, Jimmie Kirkland, Jackie McInturff and Franklin Sinclair Jr.</p> <p>Patsy will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.</p> <p>A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at Inner City Church, located at 2212 SW 55th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73119.
