Born in 1953, Frank died peacefully on February 1st at Strong Memorial Hospital at the age of 67. Frank loved bowling, music and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed being with friends and family and watching reruns of TV shows that were on while growing up. He played the organ extremely well and volunteered playing at churches, nursing homes and annual VA events. He was preceded in death by his father, Salvatore (Sam) Julian; his mother, Viola Julian and brother Joseph Julian.
