<p>JOSEPH (Joe) STEVEN SAFRONOVICH</p> <p>February 24, 1928 – February 3, 2021</p> <p>Peacefully on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 with his family by his side, Joe Safronovich aged 92 years passed away at the Drayton Valley Hospital.</p> <p>He is the cherished father of daughters Kathy, Karen (Brian), a daughter in law Joanne, grandchildren Linda (Alvin), Lisa, Joseph (Gina), Jonathan (Jessie), Patrick (Stephanie), Daniel (Catherine), Alexander (Julia) and 17 great grandchildren. Also surviving are his siblings Doreen, John (Virginia), Stan (Hetty), Bernice, Sylvia (Doug) and by sisters in law Violet, Jean, Pearl, auntie Ruth as well as nieces, nephews and friends.</p> <p>Joe was predeceased by his wife Donna, son Wayne, son in law Leonard and his siblings Mike, Harry, Steve and Mary.</p> <p>Private Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021 from Tinant Funeral Chapel with Father Jaya Rajan J.M. SAC officiating.</p> <p>He was a longtime pioneer of the Buck Creek area and will be interred in the Buck Creek Cemetery beside his wife Donna.</p> <p>If friends so desire Memorial Donations in his memory may be made to the Drayton Valley Health Services Foundation – Extended Care, 4550 Madsen Ave, Drayton Valley, Alberta T7A 1N8.</p> <p> </p>Obituary
