James (Jim) Elsworth Leeper 1926-2021 After a long well lived life, Jim passed away at home, of natural causes, on Feb. 1 2021. He was born on Aug. 10 1926 in Boise Idaho. Jim grew up in Boise, and later earned degrees in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. He went to work in that field and for over fifty years he was active in the petrochemical and oil and gas industries. He was involved in the construction and operation of projects across Canada, the US and around the world. Jim married twice. With his first wife, he fathered three sons; William (Bill), James (Jay) and Mark. He married his second wife Jessica Dolores (Dolly) in 1961, and was married to her for over 59 years. Dolly brought with her two daughters Jill and Jan and together they had a son Scott (aka James). Jim was predeceased by his daughter Jill. Jim leaves behind, his wife Dolores, his four sons, Bill, Jay, Mark and Scott, his daughter Jan, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
