Margaret Elaine Thomas
Mrs. Margaret ‘Elaine’ Thomas passed away, peacefully in her sleep due to natural causes, at the Autumn Grove Lodge, Innisfail, Alberta on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at the age of 84 years. Elaine had a brief stay at the hospital over the Christmas holidays, with heart issues, but returned home feeling back to herself. Sadly it was her time to leave us. For the past several years, Elaine lived at the Autumn Grove (Glen) Lodge; which she enjoyed very much, especially in her room in the new Lodge. The family would like to extend a huge thank you to Dr. Jesse Christiansen and the Staff at Autumn Grove; they are all exceptional. Elaine will be lovingly remembered by her two sons, Floyd and Marlow, her two daughters, Cheryl (Larry) Chizmadia and Heather (Wilfred) Hanson, her seven grandchildren, Dustin (Kristen), Tyler, Amanda, John, Marshall, Niki and Tony and her three great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Rogue and Morgan. She will also be sadly missed by her five siblings, Ken, Ed, Marjorie, Connie and Wendy. Elaine was predeceased by her husband, George, her parents, Charlie and Margaret Jones and a brother, Wesley.
