Frances Virginia “Ginger” Woodfin Manning She passed away on January 24, 2021. She was born on September 10, 1922, in Elmore County, Alabama. She is survived by her daughters Rita Blauvelt and Patricia Nobles (Wade); grandchildren Ginny Barganier (Bobby), Maura Elliott, Catherine Blauvelt, Edward J. Blauvelt (Nicole), Regina Blauvelt, and David Blauvelt, step grandchildren Michele Pappas and Stephen Nobles; great grandchildren Ashley Brasington (Austin), Tiffany Boyle, Thomas Elliott II, Geoffrey Blauvelt, Heather Blauvelt, Shawn Blauvelt, Edward C. Blauvelt, Emily Rose Smith (John), Evan J. Blauvelt (Dottie), Samantha Berube (Eric), Nicole Ray (Benjamin), Jonathon Blauvelt (Danica), Jessica Sparacio (Kyle); J.D. Blauvelt, and Jackson Blauvelt; step grandchildren Ashley Pappas, Christian Nobles, and Kamryn Nobles; and 22 great great grandchildren and three great great step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Maurice Manning, her parents Jack and Lucy Woodfin, her sisters Lorraine Curlee, Helen Hollon, and Dene Draper Moreno, and her half-brothers Sherrill Woodfin and Howard Woodfin; and her step-grandson Christopher Rodgers. Her service will be graveside on Friday, January 29, 2021, 1:30 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery, Prattville, Alabama with Bro. Glenn Goggans officiating. Ed Blauvelt, Bobby Barganier, Danny Glasscock, Joe Lumpkin, Chuck Pike, and Butch Wilson. Honorary pallbearers are Austin Brasington and Jim Curlee. Please wear masks. A special thanks to her granddaughter Maura Elliott for the exceptional care she gave her grandmother. Memorial contributions can be made to Ivy Creek Hospice, 500 Hospital Dr., Wetumpka, AL 36092.
