Louise Ellen Karlowich
<p><em><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Louise was a feisty wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She passed away in Hinton, Alberta with her family at her side. Left to mourn her loss are her husband Eugene Karlowich of Hinton, Alberta and her children, Carrie Karlowich, Patty (Les) Spink and Kevin (Leigh-Ann) Karlowich; grandchildren Jennifer (Scott) Henklman, Eric Spink, Patrick (Amber) Allain and Sophie Allain; great grandchildren, Blake, Harper, Riley, and Elsie as well as her brother Don (Linda) Walker of Trail, BC. Louise was predeceased by her mother Hazel, stepfather Merle Olsen and her father Roy Walker. <br /> <br /> Louise was born in Bracebridge, Ontario on June 13, 1942 to Hazel and Roy Walker. She moved to Alberta and met her Eugene in high school and married him February 24, 1962. She began her family in Peace River with the birth of her eldest Carrie and she would go on to have two more children, Patty and Kevin. Louise's happiest times were road trips with her husband and stopping to dance on the side of the road, going for coffee and playing crib with her friends. Louise also loved volunteering and attending church. She was an amazing, funny, strong and beautiful lady. We love and miss you.<br /> <br /> A heartfelt thanks to the Doctors and nurses of the Hinton Health Care Center for the compassionate care during her time in the hospital. A celebration of Life will be held on at our Lady of the Foothills Catholic Church at a later date.</span></strong></em></p> <p> </p>Obituary
