Homegoing service will be Sunday Jan 31st at 2PM in the Mills Funeral Home Chapel. Interments shall follow in the Mills Memorial Gardens. Bessie is survived by her sons Thurman Parks and Cecil Parks of Kinston NC, sisters Mary Jones, Rose Williams, Barbra Gray, Janice Wilson, Theresa Wilson all of Kinston NC.
