Riley Hall, age 59 of Shelbiana, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at his residence. He was born April 21, 1961 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Carl Edward Hall & Olive Meade Hall. He was the husband of Patricia Coleman Hall. He was a retired Masonry. Along with his wife he is survived by his Daughters: Jennifer (Jeremy) Charles of Pikeville, Kentucky & Jessica (Josh) Williamson of Shelbiana, Kentucky; Son: Paul Isaac Martin of Columbus, Ohio; Grandchildren: Jacob Charles, Jason Charles, Joseph Charles, Jeremiah Charles, Waylon Williamson, Abigail Williamson & Jenson Charles; Brothers & Sisters: Rannie Hall of Louisa, Kentucky, Danny Hall of Columbus, Ohio, Maefern Hicks of Columbus, Ohio & Gail Johnson of Columbus, Ohio; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends. Along with his parents he was preceded on death by his Brothers & Sister: Carl Edward Hall Jr., Darrell Hall & Gertrude Tackett. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 24, 2021 from 6pm-10pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky
