COX, Charles Edward, age 83 of Lebanon, Ohio passed away peacefully Friday, January 22, 2021 at his home. Charles was born June 04, 1937 in Middletown, Ohio, the son of Norman and Dorothy (nee: Nichols) Cox. He worked as a Pipe Fitter and Welder for McGraw Construction in Middletown, Ohio. In his free time, he enjoyed going fishing and building model cars and planes. Charles was preceded in death by his parents; his son Thomas Allen Cox; brothers Gerald Cox and Daniel Cox; and his sister Norma Griffin. He leaves behind his loving wife Margaret (nee: Leis) Cox; Steven Lee (JoAnn)Cox; daughters Amy (Shawn) Abrams and Sandra Ellen Cox; 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; as well as many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 11 AM until time of Services at 12 Noon, all at the Stine Funeral Home, Pastor Doug Sibcy officiating. Entombment will immediately follow in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Charles' memory to Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
